Benidorm will host the 25th of February the final and decisive stage of the II Valencian Cycling Week, where 174 cyclists of 29 women's teams from about a dozen European countries participate. The director of the race has transferred the details of the stage that will go over part of the region and that will have exit and finish in the city.
This race will serve to bring closer the cycling and its values of effort and hard work to girls and young women who practice this sport.
The director of the race explained that this fourth and final stage of the II Cycling Valencian Week will leave from Jaime I Avenue at 11.00. From there, the cyclists will go three times around a circuit that includes a second-class port in Finestrat and that also passes through the municipalities of Orxeta and Villajoyosa. In total, 118 kilometers that would end at the same point where the race starts, where a giant screen will be installed so that fans can follow via streaming the last hour and a half of the race.
Among the participating cyclists there are 30 Spaniards, of which six are Valencian. This last stage is the one that has the most incline in the competition. The whole tour in Benidorm city will be "'special sprint'.
